    The loss of a loved one is one of the most stressful life events that can happen. It is especially distressing if that loved one was your child, a life partner or someone to whom you were very close. Grief can be a long, difficult journey and 2 to 4 years is considered a normal time frame to come to terms with losing your spouse.

    Disenfranchised grief such as with miscarriages and stillbirths are particularly hard for different reasons.
